Lights By Dreamworks Giveaway

Being a resident of the Mornington Peninsula, I had been eyeing off the Lights by Dreamworks- The Experience posters around town with interest. I’m always on the look out for fun things Milla might love locally so it was exciting to see such an awesome exhibition coming to my neighbouring town of Rosebud.

Naturally I was thrilled to then receive an invitation to attend, as well as the opportunity to give away two family passes to my readers!

Haven’t heard of Lights by Dreamworks- The Experience? Neither had I. That is because this is an Australian first exhibition of some of DreamWorks Animation’s best known characters in a large-scale lantern experience.

Modelled on the traditional Chinese Lantern Festival, it is an interactive walk through experience featuring more than one hundred of your favourite characters from Dreamworks movies including Shrek, Kung Fu Panda, How to Train Your Dragon and Madagascar.

As well as the exhibition, visitors will be able to experience themed technology and learning zones and an immersive cinema experience. There will also be a variety of scenographic pieces, LED furnishings and an animatronic dragon.

Lights by Dreamworks- The Experience runs for 30 days, opening on the 25th of March and running until the 30th April at The Village Green in Rosebud.

Tickets are on sale now via Ticketmaster or the Booking Office on 1300 307 740.

For more information you can visit the Lights by Dreamworks- The Experience website at www.dreamworkslights.com.au.

    1. #68I know one of the winners- a really nice person and I hope they all make good use of their fosutner. Nice to hear someone has some happy financial news today!

  1. My favorite Dreamworks film is by far Toy Story, the first time I found myself forgetting that the characters were cartoons.

  2. Kung Fu Panda is our all time favourite Dreamworks film.
Both of my daughters aged 5 and 7 take Kung Fu classes so this movie was even more special to watch as a family and the girls adore Po ?

  3. Has to be the Toy Story series, from the beginnings as a boy and his favorite toy, blending new friendships and learning to rely on each other, it has so much to teach our children.

  4. Shred! Anyone can be a hero or princess regardless of what you look like, it’s what’s inside that counts!!

  5. How exciting, it looks like fun.

We love Over the Hedge! A good environmental message and a great cast.

We can’t wait to see The Boss Baby. It looks hilarious and can see some silly similarities with our little 7 month old!! ?

  6. It’s a tie between Madagascar and Over the Hedge!

As much as they are kids movies, I love the humour in them. They are movies that can watched over and over and they are still entertaining!

  7. I love so many dreamworks films. If I had to pick would be Toy Story. The movie has such an amazing message and array of characters. I love that it makes you feel like your there with them and that your toys may get up to things when you leave the room.
